FAQs

Frequently asked questions about our cycling prints, shipping and returns.

About the printing process

We want to maintain high environmental standards so we ensure all of the English Cyclist prints are all printed on high-quality, locally-printed, FSC sourced papers. We have recently partnered with a large print distribution company who have 30+ printers around the globe. We use their services for our international orders. It speeds up delivery and has allowed us to lower our costs. It also means there's no hassle with customs for our international customers.

How we ship our posters

We ship our posters in poster tubes which are tough and strong. In the UK we send via Royal Mail and International orders are sent either via local postal service or courier.

How long will my poster take to arrive?

UK orders should arrive in 2-3 working days. International orders are usually 5-8 working days.

What if the poster gets damaged, lost or I am not happy with it when it arrives?

Please get in touch as soon as you can. With damaged parcels, I ask you to send me a photo of what has arrived as it helps me when I process the refunds through Royal Mail. Then we will send out a replacement poster.

If you are in the UK and your parcel has not arrived within 7-10 working days then it's likely to be lost. If you ordered Internationally please allow 15 working days before reporting an item lost. Please get in touch and we will send out a replacement.

What size are the posters?

We use international A sizes. Some countries use different standard sizes so find below the dimensions. If you need another size get in touch. If I can make some adjustments I will!

A3. Print measures 297 x 420mm or 11.69 x 16.53 inches
A2. Print measures 420 x 594mm or 16.53 x 23.39 inches

If you want to get an idea at home of how big these are in real life stick together 2 x A4s for an A3 and 4 x A4s an A2. If you are in the US do the same with your 'letter' sized paper as that's a similar size to A4. Stick them on the wall! The A3 isn't large but perfect for smaller rooms. If you are looking to make more of a statement in a larger room I would recommend an A2 (or set of 3 A3s)
